Where do you deliver?

Castara London ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders with a delivery address outside the UK cannot be accepted at present.

What does delivery cost?

Nothing — shipping is free on every UK order. There is no minimum order value, and no delivery charges are added at checkout.

How long until my order arrives?

We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday); anything placed after 5:00 pm (GMT) starts processing the next business day.

Once dispatched, transit usually takes 5–7 business days — so as a rule of thumb, your parcel arrives within 6–10 business days of ordering.

How can I track my parcel — and what if it's late?

You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

If your parcel still hasn't arrived 3 business days after the estimated delivery window, contact our support team and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Every transaction is charged in British Pound Sterling (GBP).

Payments run through SSL-encrypted connections handled by trusted payment providers — we never store or even see your full payment details. If a payment fails, no order is placed and nothing is charged.

Can I return my order?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The conditions, steps and requirements are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
