Shipping policy

Every order at Castara London is shipped free of charge across the United Kingdom. Below you will find exactly what happens after you click "order" — from processing to the moment your parcel arrives.

Delivery Times at a Glance

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total delivery time: typically 6–10 business days from the date of purchase

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) enter processing on the following business day. Actual delivery times can vary slightly with product availability, destination and courier performance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every UK order — there is no minimum spend and no hidden fees at checkout.

Once processed, your order is handed to one of our established delivery partners:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • FedEx

Which courier carries your parcel depends on your delivery address and the type of shipment.

Following Your Order

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number. You can follow the journey at any time via our Parcel Tracking page.

Bear in mind that it can take 24–48 hours after dispatch before the first tracking update appears.

VAT and Customs

All parcels are dispatched within the United Kingdom, so no customs duties arise. VAT, where applicable, is already included in the displayed product price — the amount at checkout is final.

If You Miss the Courier

When a delivery cannot be completed — for instance because nobody is home or the address is incomplete — the courier will usually try again, leave a collection card, or keep the parcel at a nearby depot or pickup point.

Should the parcel come back to us, our support team will get in touch with you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order goes missing, is heavily delayed or arrives damaged, contact our support team as soon as you can. We will open an investigation with the carrier, and if the parcel cannot be traced you choose between a full refund or a replacement shipment (subject to availability).
