Paying at Castara London is simple, secure and transparent. This page explains which payment methods you can use, how the checkout works and how your payment data is protected.

Ways to Pay

Cards: We accept all major debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

Mobile wallets: Where your device supports it, you can authorise payment directly via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

PayPal: If you prefer PayPal, the payment is completed securely within the PayPal environment before you are returned to our shop — your financial details are never shared directly with our systems.

Shop Pay: Returning customers can check out in seconds with Shop Pay, which securely stores your details so nothing has to be typed in again.

How the Checkout Works

At checkout you are taken through a secure, encrypted payment flow in which your chosen method is verified and processed. As soon as the transaction succeeds, the order confirmation appears on screen and is also sent to your email address.

Currency and VAT

Every transaction is charged in British Pound Sterling (GBP). All prices shown in the shop are in GBP and already include VAT where applicable — the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
